Back by popular demand, I present to you all my latest hair tutorial on getting wavy locks when you have a long bob, like mine. My longtime readers might remember this tutorial I posted back in 2012 (yikes, baby Krystal!), so I figured since returning to my shorter do, I should update how I'm approaching styling these days.

For a bit of context, my hair is very thick, and tends to make curling a bit of a nightmare (I just get impatient, especially when it comes to the back sections of my hair that I can't see). As a general rule of thumb, I tend to wash my hair in the evenings, drying it just before I go to bed, to give it a chance to relax overnight. Second day hair is always best, isn't it, right? My hair at the start of the video is generally how my hair will look when waking up, that is, relatively straight, with a bit of the dreaded flip at the end.

I'm using my favorite T3 Whirl Trio styling wand, with the tapered attachment (it comes with three), and as you see in the video, finger combing is your best friend throughout the process! Hope this is helpful and please let me know if you'd like to see more hair tutorials like this!
