Washington Square Park has to be one of my favorite parks in New York. Perhaps it's my deep seeded desire to have gone to NYU when I was younger or the throngs of people pulsing in and out of the park, playing chess or gathering around a public piano concert -- it just feels like one of those places where things happen. I love just sitting in the middle of places where things, big or small, just happen. 
And with any luck, a few big things are happening around these parts, including the signing of a certain West Village apartment lease. I'm feeling overwhelmed, anxious and so incredibly grateful. Thanks again for the all the sweet words of support over the past few weeks. It means more to me than you know!
