Sometimes, all you need is a reset button. And the last few weeks have been non-stop to say the least. This past weekend, I escaped the city with my guy and pup for a quick retreat up at Lake Tahoe. Having practically grown up in the area, I fully realize now how much I took that place for granted (man, I miss it!). The fresh mountain air, early morning hikes, lake side reading and binge watching all the Oscar nominated films late into the night -- precisely what the doctor ordered.
Monday, do your worst. I'm ready for you!
