Once spring rolls around every year, I look forward to adding a few new dresses to the rotation. And this particular floral frock by Marissa Webb has just become my seasonal MVP. This week alone I've worn it several times for different occasions (from running errands to dinner and drinks with girlfriends) and have been amazed by how well it just commands a room. The movement. The ruffles. The button front detail and collar. It has just the right amount of romance and polish to it and on numerous occasions, it's solicited a few strangers to stop me on the street or as I was leaving a restaurant to ask who it was by. And that's sometimes the best feeling, isn't it?
