35 blouses for your next video meeting

Zoom. Zoom. Zoom

Or, perhaps after yesterday’s news cycle, you’ve switched to Google Hangouts, in which case, welcome! You’ve made the right choice. 🙂 (Once a Googler, always a Googler — what can I say?)

Regardless of your video conferencing software choices, we’re all likely in the same boat. That being, we’re facing an unusual amount of video meetings and FaceTime sessions these days. And while I’m all for comfort when working from home, I do make a point each day to put an outfit together (see why here), even if it’s just jeans and a fancier than usual blouse — hence, the catalyst for this post. The fancy blouse. Key factors usually include, but are by no means limited to, puff details, eye-catching color and/or print, unusual texture choice and, my personal favorite, a quirky neckline (but let’s steer away from anything too low here, folks) — the combination of one or any of these details, guaranteed to impress your coworkers (but not more so than your great ideas in said meeting, of course). Best part? No one has to know you might be wearing pajamas pants below view of your laptop camera.

Today, in efforts to maintain some light-hearted fashion normalcy around these parts, I wanted to share some of my current favorite unique tops, perfect for your next virtual team meeting or happy hour. Bonus points if you add statement earrings.

OUTFIT DETAILS: Longchamp blouse (borrowed, sold out but similar style here) // Longchamp skirt (borrowed, similar faux style here) // Longchamp bag (gifted) // Tamara Mellon boots (gifted) // Alighieri earrings (gifted)
