This skirt always makes me smile -- I'm so glad I stalked it on The Outnet when they had their Stella McCartney drop last year. I practically did an equivalent of a touchdown dance when I nabbed the last one in my size (don't act like you've never done that before!).

Definitely Spring worthy! The top is spectacular and is the perfect lemon yellow hue. The floral skirt is very trendy for Spring '13 and a gorgeous piece to have in one's closet. Gorgeous!
